At aphouse, we are dedicated to getting your high-quality massage products to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and costs.
1. Processing Time

What it is: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment, including order verification, payment clearance, and product packaging. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receipt.

Important Note: This does not include shipping transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States, including to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected method.

Please note: These are estimated transit times provided by our carriers (USPS, FedEx). Actual delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate and complete at the time of checkout. aphouse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, sometimes issues occur beyond our control.

Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation.
