APHOUSE warrants its massage products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of One (1) Year from the date of original purchase by the end-user.
This Limited Warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
1. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at aphouse's sole discretion, of any aphouse product that malfunctions or fails to operate during normal household use due to a defect in materials or workmanship, provided the product is used in accordance with the included user manual.
2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions)
This Limited Warranty does not cover any of the following:

Normal Wear and Tear: Components that are expected to diminish over time with normal use, such as batteries losing their charge capacity.

Cosmetic Damage: Damage that does not affect the core functionality of the product, such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.

Damage from Misuse or Abuse: This includes, but is not limited to:

Damage from failure to follow instructions in the user manual.

Damage from accidents, drops, or improper handling.

Damage from use with incompatible parts or accessories not supplied by aphouse.

Damage from exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, or humidity.

Damage from unauthorized modifications or attempts to repair the product by anyone not authorized by aphouse.

Consumable Parts: Parts designed to be replaced periodically, unless failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Products Purchased from Unauthorized Sellers: Products purchased from third-party resellers on online marketplaces that are not authorized aphouse dealers. Please purchase directly from our Website or an authorized retailer to ensure warranty validity.
3. How to Obtain Warranty Service
If you believe your aphouse product is defective and covered by this warranty, please contact our Customer Support team within the warranty period. You will be required to provide:

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number.

Product Details: The model name/number and a description of the defect.

Customer Support Contact: Our team may troubleshoot the issue with you. If the issue cannot be resolved, they will guide you through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
Once an RMA is issued, you will be responsible for safely packaging the product and shipping it to the address we provide. aphouse will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replacement item to you.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APHOUSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF APHOUSE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR A BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AS SET FORTH ABOVE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
