At APHOUSE , we stand behind the quality of our massage products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Time Frame: You must request a return within 30 days from the date you received the item.

Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or receipt ready.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or Used Products: Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original sealed condition.

Hygiene Products: Items that for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return, such as massagers with direct skin contact that cannot be sanitized, if the original seal is broken.

Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" or on clearance.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@aphouse.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Instructions: We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return package. Returns shipped without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).

The original shipping cost is non-refundable for returns that are not our fault.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds: Items not returned in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts, may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
We currently only offer refunds. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please process a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos or a video of the damage or defect. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the faulty item.
